Delivering The Wow Factor

Palmers Green...

When it comes to designing and installing a new kitchen, reliability is key. With this project in Palmers Green the client had been let down by other companies on many occasions – until they came to us.

The client wanted to create the same layout as they had previously but wanted to give it a modern updated look, a bit of a wow factor.

We recommended a few things that would be ideal/beneficial for them and suggested a few changes. We went through all of the different unit options that we could provide with a view to maximising storage in the best possible way, discussing the different colour options and finishes, for example mixing the doors with a different carcase colour and also suggesting different worktop options.

The kitchen was designed with Kashmir Gloss doors with the carcases and plinths in Titan. All of the furniture was provided in our handleless range.

The different finishes really complimented the colour of the worktop, which is 20mm Quartz -Luna Stone, giving that modern finished look.

Our stone mason also incorporated cut outs for the draining grooves on one side of the sink area.

Plinth lighting was also required around the room, along with under wall cabinet lighting and a light inside corner unit.

These extra features created just a bit more light and gave that finishing touch to the whole kitchen.

The tall housings have all been positioned along one wall, these have been designed to work around the clients existing free-standing fridge and freezer. We positioned a wall unit above both appliances for extra storage and tall housings are also positioned either side of the appliances.

The client was really interested in having the Bora Induction Hob, which is a great product as the extractor is in the centre of the hob and ducts down and out to the outside wall, meaning that they didn’t need an extractor hood above the hob, which allows for more storage space.

The island seats four and has drawer units below including anti-slip mats and oak cutlery inserts, allowing room on the island also for a pop up socket.

Reliability helps ensure a happy customer and on this occasion we got a lovely note saying: “Thanks to the whole team who helped me build my dream kitchen, which was turned around quicker than I expected.”
