Cancellation & Returns Policy

Appliance orders

You may cancel your order for any reason and return products by giving due notice* any time within 14 working days** from the day after the day on which the products were delivered providing they have not been installed. Please also read our Delivery Policy.
All goods must be inspected on delivery and any obvious damage or shortages reported to us within 48 hours.

Please note that (except in the case of defective or damaged products) any goods that have been made to your specification or personalised in some way cannot be returned.

Refund of the price: If you do cancel your order, we promise to return to you as soon as possible all sums paid to us in respect of the products returned, together with any original delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery charges if other products originally supplied are not returned).

Costs of the return: In all cases where you decide to return goods (other than because they are defective or damaged) and have given due notice, you must pay the cost of returning them, preferably in their original packing (if at all possible) and condition, within 30 days of notifying Cameo Kitchens of the cancellation. This cost is non-refundable. We can arrange to do this for you but we will pass this charge on to you. We will advise the collection charge at the time of cancellation.

Our collection charge is between £50 and £200 (inc vat) per item and is dependent upon the size of the product and your location. Repackaging will be charged at a minimum of £25 inc vat per item to reflect the fact that these items will be resold as "B grade" repackaged goods.

Pending return of products (for whatever reason) you are under a duty to take care of them while in your possession and to take reasonable care to see that they are not damaged in transit upon return.

Kitchen and appliance showroom sales

If you wish to make any alteration, cancellation or deferral of delivery you must do so in writing. We reserve the right to make a charge (that will not normally be less than 20% of the cost of the item) whether the goods have been taken into stock or not as we will incur charges from the manufacturer and in some cases may have to re-sell the goods at a reduced price.

Please note that nothing in this cancellation and returns policy in any way affects your statutory rights.
