A. Yes, using our price match service we will try to match, or beat, any genuine price you may find elsewhere. Our website will give special package discounts if you spend over £499 on when you buy two or more items from the same brand.

Q. "Are all your products sold at the best possible prices?"
A. Yes, some web sites, for example, may offer you a cheaper oven, but if you check the price of the other items you will find that these prices are inflated. At Cameo we discount everything so check the cost of your complete order including delivery.
Q. "I am moving house and want my appliances delivered to a different address"
A. This can be arranged, Please call us with the details. Please bear in mind that due to credit card security, additional information may be required before we can process your order .
Q. "Is there a discount for bulk buying?"
A. Yes, if you are a trade or contract customer we can offer you very special bulk prices on all of our products. Some brands offer special products exclusively for contract use. Our own unbranded range is particularly suitable.
Q. "Do you sell B grade goods on your website"
A. No, we only supply new, boxed and fully guaranteed goods on our website.
Q. "Do you deliver outside the UK"
A. No, we only deliver to the UK mainland.
Q. "Do your prices include VAT"
A. Yes. All prices shown on our site are VAT inclusive.
Q. "How much is your delivery charge?"
A. Delivery is free on orders over £300! otherwise it is £15. In many cases we also offer additional delivery services such as un-packaging and removal of old appliances.
Q. "Do you have all your products in stock?"
A. Yes, usually items are available from either our stock or from the manufacturers stock. We will keep you informed in the event of any delay.
Q. "Can I collect goods from your warehouse?"
A. Yes, providing stock is available and you have arranged this with us first.
Q. "When can you deliver my order?"
A. As soon as the goods are ready for dispatch we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery times are between 3 and 10 working days dependant on the product you order. For example smaller items such as sinks have an estimated delivery between 3 and 5 working days whist the estimated delivery for larger appliances is 5 to 7 working days. Deliveries to Scotland can sometimes take a little longer and some products can take up to 10 working days. Your delivery time will be confirmed in advance. If we become aware of stock difficulties which will affect delivery timescales, we will let you know.

Q. "How can I pay for my goods?"
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, credit and debit cards. You can also pay by electronic transfer, please call us for details. Please note, payment is taken at the time of order.
Q. "How long do I have to report damaged products"
A. You are required to check all goods for damage on delivery however we do allow 48 hours after delivery for you to report any damage.
Q. "Can I extend the warranty on my products"
A. The manufacturer will usually contact you before your standard warranty expires, often via an independent insurer, to offer you an extended warranty.Please note that they can only do this if you register your product using the paperwork provided with the goods or on the manufacturers website.
Q. "How secure is your site?"
A. Our fully encrypted secure server ensures absolute safety and security during the payment process.
Q. "Do you supply the Trade?"
A. Yes. We offer our trade clients special prices for bulk orders as well as package and contract deals. We will, of course, require confirmation of your trade status.
Q. "Can you install my appliances for me?"
A. If you require installation please give us a call as we can only cover certain parts of the country. In many cases we recommend that you obtain the services of a local qualified installer. In this way you should get the most competitive installation price in addition to the best appliance prices.
Q. "Can you uninstall my old appliances for me?"
A. We are happy to remove old appliances for a small charge providing this option is selected during checkout on your order, however they must be disconnected ans uninstalled prior to our arrival.
Q. "What guarantee do I get?"
A. All our products carry a full manufacturers parts and labour guarantee. Extended warranties are available on many products please call for details.
Q. "How do I get my appliances repaired under warranty?"
A. Call the service number supplied with your appliance and ensure that you have your purchase invoice to hand. The manufacturer will arrange for a qualified engineer to call at a convenient time. In this case it is important that we must be given the opportunity to rectify or replace any defective or damaged parts.
Q. "Will my new appliances fit into my existing units?"
A. Many products today are made to European standard sizes. Built in double ovens, for example, are usually 900mm high and have been for many years so replacement is a simple matter. This unfortunately is not always the case with other appliances. Please check the technical specification on our site before ordering, or call our helpline with model numbers and overall sizes of the products to be replaced; our trained staff will advise which replacement models will be suitable.
